2. Order Process: Orders can be placed easily through our webshop. Add the desired products to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

4. Shipping Policy: We use a third party for our shipments. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free from €25 and the delivery time is 1-2 business days. We do not ship to other countries. 5. Return Policy: You have 60 nights from the moment you receive your order to properly try our products. Use them every night and see whether you notice any difference in your sleep or breathing. If you still do not notice any effect after these 60 nights, you can receive a full refund, even if the packaging has been opened. Would you like to return it within the first 14 days? That is also possible, but only unopened and in original condition. Send an email to support@snoozeless.nl with your order number to request your return or refund.
