2. Ordering process: Orders can be placed easily via our webshop. Add the desired products to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order. After payment you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

4. Shipping policy: We use an external party for our shipments. Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free from €25 and the delivery time is 1-2 business days. 5. Return policy: You have 60 nights from the moment you receive your order to really try our products. Use them every night and see if you notice a difference in your sleep or breathing. If after these 60 nights you still see no effect, you can receive a full refund, even if the packaging has been opened. Do you want to return within the first 14 days? That is also possible, but only unopened and in original condition. Send an email to info@snoozeless.nl with your order number to request your return or refund.
