Return Information - 60-Night Trial Sleep Guarantee

At Snoozeless, we believe better sleep takes time. Your body needs repetition to adapt to a new routine.
That is why you get 60 nights from the day you receive your order to truly experience our products.

Use them every night, build your rhythm, and feel the difference.
If, after this period, you still notice no improvement in your sleep or breathing, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price - even if the packaging has been opened.
We trust that you have truly tried the product.

How it works

From the moment you receive your order, your 60-night trial period begins.
This period consists of three phases:

1. Within 14 days - statutory right of return
You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your order.
Do you wish to return it within this period? That is allowed, as long as the packaging is unopened and in its original condition.

⚠️ Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Day 15 to 59 - usage period
After the first 14 days, you use the product daily.
During this period, you do not need to return it, because this is the time in which your body adapts to the new habit of breathing through the nose.
We want to give the product a real chance to work.

3. After 60 nights - satisfaction guarantee
Have you tried the product for 60 nights, but notice no difference in your breathing or sleep quality?
Then you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, even if the packaging has been opened.
We rely on your experience and honesty - you do not need to prove anything.

5. Return shipping costs

For each return shipment, we charge €4,99 return costs.
This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

6. Refund

After we receive your return, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used.

7. Request an exchange or refund

Email support@snoozeless.nl with:

• Your order number (found at account.snoozeless.nl or in your confirmation email, starting with #SL...)
• The reason for return or your refund request after 60 nights
• Optionally, a short description of your experience

We will guide you step by step through the return or refund process.

In short:

• Within 14 days: unopened products may be returned.
• Day 15-59: usage period, no return possible.
• After 60 nights: money back if you notice no difference, even with opened use.
• Return costs: €4,99 per shipment.

Please note: the 60-night trial sleep guarantee does not apply to the sleep mask. The sleep mask may only be returned if it is unused and the packaging is completely intact.
