Return information - 60 Nights Trial Sleep Guarantee

At Snoozeless we believe better sleep takes time. Your body needs repetition to adjust to a new routine.
That is why you get 60 nights from the day you receive your order to truly experience our products.

Use them every night, build your rhythm and feel the difference.
Do you still not notice any improvement in your sleep or breathing after this period? Then you will receive the full purchase price back - even if the packaging has been opened.
We trust that you have genuinely tried the product.

How it works

From the moment you receive your order, your 60-night trial period begins.
This period consists of three phases:

1. Within 14 days - statutory right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your order.
Want to return within this period? You may, provided the packaging is unopened and in its original condition.

⚠️ Opened products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

2. Day 15 to 59 - usage period
After the first 14 days you use the product daily.
During this period you do not need to return it, because this is the time in which your body gets used to the new habit of nasal breathing.
We want you to really give the product a chance to work.

3. After 60 nights - satisfaction guarantee
Have you tried the product for 60 nights but notice no difference in your breathing or sleep quality?
Then you will receive the full purchase price back, even if the packaging has been opened.
We rely on your experience and honesty - you do not need to prove anything.

5. Return shipping costs

For each return we charge €4,99 return fee.
This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.

6. Refund

After we receive your return it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used.

7. Request exchange or refund

Email info@snoozeless.nl with:

• Your order number (found on account.snoozeless.nl or in your confirmation email, starting with #SL...)
• The reason for the return or your request for a refund after 60 nights
• Optionally a short description of your experience

We will guide you step by step through the return or refund.

In short:

• Within 14 days: unopened products may be returned.
• Day 15-59: usage period, no returns possible.
• After 60 nights: money back if you notice no difference, even with opened use.
• Return costs: €4,99 per shipment.

Note: the 60 nights trial sleep guarantee does not apply to the sleep mask. The sleep mask can only be returned if it is unused and the packaging is completely intact.
