Snoozeless products are designed to support sleep quality and breathing in a natural way. Using mouth tape and nasal strips correctly and safely is essential. Please read this information carefully before using our products.

Mouth tape: safe use

Mouth tape gently keeps your mouth closed while you sleep, so you automatically breathe through your nose. This promotes deeper sleep and calmer breathing and can reduce snoring. However, mouth tape is not suitable for everyone.

Do not use mouth tape in case of:

  1. A blocked nose due to a cold, allergies or sinus problems.
  2. Sleep apnea (OSA), unless under the supervision of a doctor.
  3. Chronic breathing problems such as asthma or COPD.
  4. Cardiovascular disease, such as heart failure or angina pectoris.
  5. Use of alcohol, sleeping pills or other sedatives.
  6. Nausea or a risk of vomiting during sleep.
  7. Claustrophobia, panic disorders or other psychological sensitivities.
  8. Hypersensitivity to plasters or adhesives.
  9. Children under 5 years of age or people who cannot remove the tape on their own.
  10. Allergy to cotton or spandex (standard mouth tape).

Removal: never pull the tape off dry skin. Remove the tape gently with warm water to prevent skin irritation.

Please note: only use mouth tape while resting or sleeping. Do not use it during sports, intense exercise or situations in which free mouth breathing may be necessary.
