The nose strips are effective and usually stay in place well. I breathe better through my nose at night, in my experience. So I’m satisfied, but there is one drawback: peeling them off is sometimes really difficult, and I don’t mind that in itself since they also need to stay on well, but the adhesive that remains is not easy for me to remove.
