Disclaimer

Snoozeless products are designed to naturally support sleep quality and breathing. Correct and safe use of mouth tape and nose strips is essential. Read this information carefully before using our products.

Mouth tape - safe use

Mouth tape helps gently keep your mouth closed while you sleep, allowing you to breathe automatically through your nose. This promotes deeper sleep, calmer breathing, and can reduce snoring. However, mouth tape isn't suitable for everyone.

Do not use face tape if:

  1. Stuffy nose due to a cold, allergies, or sinus problems.
  2. Sleep apnea (OSAS), unless under the care of a doctor.
  3. Chronic respiratory problems such as asthma or COPD.
  4. Cardiovascular diseases, such as heart failure or angina pectoris.
  5. Use of alcohol, sleeping pills or other sedatives.
  6. Nausea or risk of vomiting during sleep.
  7. Claustrophobia, panic disorders or other psychological sensitivities.
  8. Hypersensitivity to plasters or adhesives.
  9. Children under 5 years of age or persons who cannot remove the tape independently.
  10. Allergy to cotton or spandex (standard mouth tape).

Removal: Never peel the tape off dry skin. Remove the tape gently with warm water to prevent skin irritation.

Caution: Use mouth tape only while resting or sleeping. Do not use it during sports, intense exercise, or situations where free mouth breathing may be necessary.

Nasal strips - safe use

Nasal strips gently lift the nostrils, improving nasal breathing. They are suitable for use during sleep, rest, and during exercise such as walking, sports, or yoga.

Do not use nose strips if:

  1. Irritated, damaged or sunburned skin on or around the nose.
  2. Allergies or hypersensitivity to adhesives or plasters.
  3. Serious internal nasal problems such as nasal polyps.

Removal: First moisten the skin with warm water and remove the strip slowly to avoid skin irritation.
